Noa Dar Studio  •  75 min  •  90 ILS

The performance stands, sits and lies down, in the space between our sense of the body as a singular subject, with internal, intimate feelings, and the medical-bureaucratic treatment of it, as a plastic object dissected into organs, analyzed, diagnosed, and categorized into a collection of statistical data points. In this dissonant space, the relation of body and language receives its treatment: on the one hand, the raw body, vulnerable and private, and on the other, a dissecting language, carving the body into generic parts that can be categorized and organized, efficiently operated on. The audience is invited to an active viewing of an unfolding event, midway between the private and the public, between questioning and interrogating, between healing and torment, between freedom and its abnegation.
