A mountain is ever growing, it takes thousands of years for a mountain to become a mountain, for us to realise the transformation. A mountain is stability and security, from it one can observe far away into the distance. It has solitude, serenity, wilderness, and seems hunched back. The mountain’s movement is mostly round, yet there are pointed mountains resembling stone. The mountain is remote and can touch the clouds. It has hardness, tenderness, slope and summit, it sees all but distant from all. Its simplicity and wholeness is mysterious, alluring and intimidating at the same time.

Nina Traub born in 1992. she is a choreographer, dancer, and multidisciplinary artist from Tel Aviv, currently based in Paris.
Her stage works combine visual, plastic and musical elements, making her performances exist in their own specific environment. Rooted in structure, form, and precision, her movement practice unfolds through a deep research process—exploring motion through temperature, color, music, landscapes and perspective, while examining the body through a sculptural and kinetic lens. As a result, her choreographic voice is rich with imagery, weaving together into a cohesive, melancholic, and immersive world.
Traub is a graduate of the School of Visual Theatre in Jerusalem. She has presented her work on various stages in Israel and across Europe, including:
Théâtre de la Ville, Cité Internationale des Arts - Paris, Le CENTQUATRE, Officine CAOS - Turin, Im_flieger - Vienna, as well as at venues such as Tmuna Theater, Habait Theater, Suzanne Dellal – International Exposure, Kelim Center, the Interdisciplinary Arena, the International Dance Week in Jerusalem, and the Museum of Islamic Art.
Additionally, Traub has participated in prestigious artist residency programs, including:
Cité Internationale des Arts, La Briqueterie, Maison Artagon, Le CENTQUATRE, CND, ICI-CCN, POUSH, Ménagerie de Verre - Paris, P.A.R.T.S/ROSAS - Brussels, Im_flieger - Vienna, and SAIKONEON - Japan.
